What support covers

We can help with:

How to contact support

Support email: sushantpatil0611@gmail.com

Expected response time: within 2 business days

Email is currently the official support channel — there is no separate support URL or web form.

What to include in a support request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

Please do not include your Shopify password or any payment information in a support request — we will never ask for either.

If the app appears to be down

If the app fails to load or shows a persistent error across multiple products or pages (rather than a single action failing), contact support with the details above. We monitor the application for availability, but do not currently publish a live status page; if you're unsure whether an issue is on our side, contacting support is the fastest way to find out.

Privacy and legal requests

For questions about what data we store or how it's handled, or to make a data-related request, see our Privacy Policy and contact sushantpatil0611@gmail.com.

Common self-service troubleshooting

The app won't load.
Try reloading the page. If it still doesn't load, check whether other Shopify admin pages are loading normally — if they aren't, this may be a Shopify-side issue rather than the app. If the problem persists only with this app, contact support with the details above.

An AI suggestion failed to generate.
This can happen for a few reasons: a temporary issue reaching the AI provider, or a suggestion that didn't pass our internal quality/validation checks. Try clicking Get AI suggestion (or Try another, if a suggestion already exists) again. If it keeps failing for the same issue, contact support with the product and issue involved.

"Daily AI suggestion limit reached."
This store has reached its daily limit on AI suggestion generation — a safeguard against runaway usage, not a paid-plan restriction. It resets on a rolling basis; try again later. Any suggestions already generated or applied are unaffected and remain visible.

"This product has changed since this suggestion was generated."
This means the product was edited (by you or someone on your team) after the suggestion was created, so applying the older suggestion could overwrite that edit. Re-analyze the product and review a fresh suggestion before applying.

Approve & Apply failed.
The suggestion was not written to your store. This can happen if Shopify briefly rejected the update — the suggestion is not lost; it remains in an approved state and you can click Approve & Apply again. If it continues to fail, contact support with the product and field involved.

What this app cannot do (for your expectations)

Support cannot apply changes to your store on your behalf outside the app's own Approve & Apply flow — the app has no admin-side override, and support staff have no way to bypass your own review step. We also cannot see your AI provider account or billing (the app uses its own configured provider, not yours), and we cannot access or modify your Shopify account credentials.
